Georgia raised, Diet Coke in one hand and an Alani in the other, Rae’s happiest when she’s lost in a romance novel, especially a good second-chance love story. For nearly five years, she’s worked with incredible authors like Emily McIntire, Morgan Elizabeth, and Nikki St. Crowe as their personal assistant, helping connect their stories with the readers who’ll love them most.

She created House of Hearts to make ARC management and influencer outreach feel personal, organized, and transparent so authors always feel in the loop without having to carry the load. Beyond her client work, Rae has mentored fellow service providers and loves helping indie authors find confidence and clarity as they grow.

When she’s not managing campaigns or color-coding her Airtable bases, you’ll find her in Florida with her husband and their two dogs, trying to beat her record on the New York Times Mini Crossword (1:10, which is pretty impressive for the world’s worst speller).
